The BullDog “Just Works” automatic water valve kit helps protect your home or small business from devastating water damage caused by water leaks from pipe connections or failing appliances.  

The BullDog water shut-off valve attaches to your existing or newly installed 1/4 turn ball valve.   The included water sensors are placed where leaks may occur and when water is sensed, the motor closes your water valve automatically.

The Just Works kit does NOT require a smart home hub or WiFi to operate – it can be used on its own.  However it is also WiFi enabled so you can receive an alert in case of a water leak or remotely control the valve from anywhere you have an Internet connection.  You choose if you wish to use it with or without WiFi/Internet.

This water shut-ff system converts a standard water valve in to a Motorized Smart Valve. It installs without any fancy tools and no plumbing required so you can install it yourself. The BullDog has a high torque motor and a mounting bracket designed so that it won’t cause undue stress on your plumbing fittings unlike other valves on the market.  It is designed to work with 1/4 turn ball valves from 1/2″ to 1.5″.

Additional ELS100 water sensors may be added to expand the system.
